2016 Supporters Summit
Photographs of this event are at Mises.org/Asheville2016
We will meet in extraordinary Asheville, North Carolina, famed for its natural beauty, shopping, alternative medical care, weather, and intellectual climate.
This off-the-record 2016 Supporters Summit isn’t a libertarian version of Bilderberg, Bohemian Grove, or the Trilateral Commission. We work for opposite goals, of course.
But like them, we want a private discussion among our donors about what’s ahead, and what to do about it.
With us will be Ron Paul, Judge Andrew P. Napolitano, Lew Rockwell, Jeff Deist, a libertarian from Wall Street, a brilliant entrepreneur, and others.
But it won’t be all serious. We’ll have a guided tour of the magnificent Biltmore House, followed by a cookout and live Nashville music at the estate’s Antler Hill Barn. We won’t live like the Vanderbilts, but it will be a grand and glorious time, for fun and friendship as well as serious discussions and decisions for the future.
Registration is $395 for Mises Institute Members ($595 per couple) and includes sessions, Friday dinner-reception, Saturday breakfast and lunch, transportation to the Biltmore Estate, with tour and cookout.
To reserve a room at the Asheville Renaissance Hotel where sessions, reception, and lunch take place, go to this link and enter your arrival and departure dates for a special rate of $249 per night plus tax (based on availability). Or call 800-468-3571 and mention code M-5DLWF7V. Parking at the Renaissance is free for hotel guests, in the heart of downtown within easy walking distance of wonderful art galleries, restaurants, theatres, breweries, and much more! Attendees not stayinig at the Renaissance may park there by identifying to the parking attendance that you are with the Mises conference, and there is a public parking garage next door at 164 College Street. Asheville is served by Asheville Regional Airport. It is 1.5 hours north of Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport, and 2 hours west of Charlotte-Douglas International Airport.
Attire for all events is casual.
