It only makes sense that Mises Institute supporters will be heading to a college campus this year. After all, the Mises Institute and its scholars are some of the few voices for freedom and free markets that are left in higher education. In this age of resurgent Marxism and political correctness, it’s becoming increasingly harder for students to find a home where they can learn sound economics and the scholarship of freedom.
For more than 35 years, the Mises Institute has been a home for faculty and students who need a place to learn, write, research and teach as scholars of the Austrian school and as defenders of peace and markets. We hope you can join us this year at our Auburn campus to see where so many students and teachers have — thanks to Mises Institute Members — received the support they need.
We’ll stay at the Marriott Grand National on beautiful Lake Saugahatchee and Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail. There is currently a waiting list for rooms at the Marriot. The rate for Friday, September 28 and Saturday, September 29 is $359 per night plus tax. Other hotels in the area can be seen here. There are numerous accommodations through Air B&B and VRBO.
