Then everyone is mystified by record highs in teen unemployment. The NYT has a passing reference to the minimum wage. One sentence. But the thought is a attributed to the American Enterprise Institute, which, everyone knows, is nothing but a lackey of the capitalist exploiting class where everyone is paid to say nice things about capitalism.
