José Torra
José Torra is a Mexican economist and the Head of Research at Caminos de la Libertad. He is also a professor of economics and ethics at Universidad de la Libertad in Mexico City. Since 2014, he has been a coauthor of The Fraser Institute’s Economic Freedom of North America. He is the author of Emprender México, an annual report on the difficulties businesses face in Mexico. Additionally, he is the president of Sociedad Tomás de Mercado and cohosts Libertad Aquí y Ahora, the largest liberty-oriented podcast in the Spanish-speaking world.
