Matthieu Creson
Born in Philadelphia, Matthieu Creson works in Paris as a docent and a researcher. He graduated from a French business school (EDHEC) and also holds Master’s degrees in Philosophy, Literature and Art History (St Andrews, Scotland). He is particularly interested in the history of individualism, classical liberalism and libertarianism, which he sees as intellectual heritage which must be conserved and enhanced. He is also notably interested in the philosophy of Thomas Jefferson and in the intellectual and cultural exchanges which took place between France and the young American republic during the last quarter of the 18th century.
